Drink your fruit and lose weight

1 week later and we're still doing good.  We've given in to the fact, we can't eliminate all bad foods, we just have to "healthify" it,  We eat low fat cheese.  But we are eating more fruits.  I've been making lots of fruit smoothies an since we've been trying to eat healthy this year.
I made a great smoothie with a can of pears, some blueberries and raspberries, 1 banana and some pomegranate juice in the blender.  Really good and healthy, plus we all like them.  
It must be working because my husband lost 4 pounds this week!!
