Pear-nana Smoothie (gluten free)


1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup skim milk
2 bananas, sliced
2 pears chopped
4 ice cubes

Place eveything in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
Makes 3 cups.

Had this with bisquick (heart healthy) blueberry waffles for breakfast.  Yummy!
